The International Cooperation Department of Volgatech has agreed to the signing of three new partnership agreements with foreign universities:
· Vietnam National University of Forestry in Hanoi is a leading Vietnamese university specializing in the training of specialists in the fields of forestry, reforestation, ecology, and environmental management. This large university was established in 1964 and has an extensive campus in the capital of Vietnam. The university, like Volgatech, has its own experimental forest base covering more than 100 hectares. The branch of the university is located in the south of the country in Trang Bom town, Dong Nai province, near Ho Chi Minh City, which is the largest city and economic center of Vietnam with a population of more than 9 million people.
· Wolkite University in Wolkite is a regional education and training center of the Gurage Administrative Zone in the Southern Peoples Region of Ethiopia, which is located 120 km from the capital city, Addis Ababa. Ethiopia, Africa's second most populous country, has long-standing and strong ties with Russia: diplomatic relations between our countries were established in 1897.
· Federal University of Tocantins, Brazil. Palmas is a young city in the geographical center of Brazil. It is the capital of the state of Tocantins, located on the border of the Amazon rainforest in the north and grassy plains in the south. The national parks and natural reserves of Araguay, Nacentes do Rio Parnaiba, and Jala Pao attract thousands of tourists with a variety of landscapes, flora, and fauna.
Volgatech obtained positive conclusions from the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia on all agreements with new foreign partners.
